Honestly, I still feel pretty bad for Sho. I get why Nino is angry, absolutely. It's not even that Nino doesn't have a right to be angry, he does and I think the way he expressed it was perfectly fine. Even so, just because Sho's life doesn't suck as much or in the same way doesn't mean it doesn't suck at all. The comment about how Sho's life is ~so hard~ because he has parents who actually have expectations of him was harsh, but accurate enough. Even so, I can't help empathizing with Sho because he feels like he's been locked into this life he doesn't actually want. Meeting Nino and Aiba and Jun have only served to give Sho a better understanding of the world and all of the things people can do and accomplish and he is realizing (or at least admitting) that he doesn't want for himself what his parents want. It's not blindness or deafness, but the guilt of letting down your parents and feeling like an utter fuck-up isn't something that Sho should just not be worried about.
All that being said, I do love the entire interaction. I believe Sho would feel terrible for complaining to Nino, especially with Nino's response. And Nino meant everything he said, but he doesn't want to be a complete asshole. He just wants Sho to understand how lucky he is. I also adore that he wants to fuck with Jun's system. Really, who wouldn't at least once?
